Offstream LLC, 30 North Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801, runs Fur Plus Me. Contact hello@furplusme.com.
We collect the photos you upload, the names you give those subjects, your email, gift notes, and a private session link. We do not collect shipping addresses. Card numbers are handled by Stripe, not stored by us. We also store basic order records and, if you allow it, a note that you want occasional product mail.
Photos are used to make your portraits and to screen for content we can't accept. We do not sell photos. We do not allow customer photos to be used to train our own models. Our image provider is OpenAI; hosting is Vercel; the database and file storage are Supabase when configured, otherwise a private server store; email is Resend when configured; bot checks are Cloudflare Turnstile. We use the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms to measure visits and purchases. It can receive a page view on each page, a content view on the landing page, a lead when a free preview starts, add-to-cart and checkout events, and a purchase with the order value in US dollars. Meta may set a cookie and use an identifier to measure ads. Photos are not sent to Meta.
Uploaded photos are deleted within 30 days. You can ask us to delete them sooner. Paid portrait files stay available from your private link so you can download them. Session links are unguessable; anyone with a link can open that session.
The site uses a cookie to remember your current session. Turnstile may set its own cookie to complete the bot check. Promotional email is opt-in, includes our mailing address, and stops when you email hello@furplusme.com.
We do not sell personal information. You can turn off sharing with Meta for this browser below, and you can also limit it in your browser or in Meta's ad settings. California residents can email hello@furplusme.com to request access, deletion, or to opt out of sharing an identifier for cross-context advertising.
Advertising measurement
This browser is sending visit and purchase events to Meta. Turn that off for this browser if you do not want those events shared for advertising measurement.
