Terms of use

These terms cover the portrait studio at furplusme.com, operated by Offstream LLC, 30 North Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801. Questions go to hello@furplusme.com.

You must be 18 or older to upload photos or place an order.

You promise that you own the photos you upload or have permission from the adults in them. Do not upload minors, impersonate someone, or send illegal content. We may refuse a photo that fails an automated safety check.

Portraits are AI illustrations made from your references. They are not photographs, and a likeness can miss. The first three looks in a session are free watermarked previews. A paid order is $19 for the first portrait and $10 for each additional portrait, so three are $39 and six are $69. A gift of exactly three portraits is $33. An optional extra look at checkout is $7. Prices are one-time. There is no subscription.

Every session includes two free re-rolls. If a paid portrait is still clearly wrong after those re-rolls — a missed subject, broken anatomy, or the wrong scene — email us within 14 days for a refund of that order. We don't refund a change of mind after you've seen a free preview, a result that follows poor input photos, or a preference for a different look.

Orders are digital downloads. Prints and other physical goods are not for sale. A later print offer, if we add one, will have its own terms.

You keep your photos. You own the paid portraits for personal use. We don't put customer photos in ads without a separate written yes.

Our liability for a claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the order at issue. These terms are governed by Wyoming law. If a provision can't be enforced, the rest still stands.
